Metrix is a marketing operations platform operated by Asymmetric for Solar Pigeon Control. This policy explains how we handle data when you connect social accounts.

What we access

With your explicit authorization, Metrix connects to your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts to publish organic content you approve(videos and images) and to read basic account info. We use TikTok's Content Posting API and Meta's Graph API strictly for this purpose.

What we store

We store OAuth access tokens (encrypted), the content you create in Metrix, and publishing status. We do not sell personal data or use it for any purpose beyond operating your marketing on your behalf.

Content posting

Nothing is published without the account owner's explicit approval of each post. You can revoke access at any time from your TikTok or Meta settings.

Data deletion

To delete your data or revoke access, contact vortexlabcol@gmail.com and we will remove stored tokens and content.
